Crew Local is the most powerful and comprehensive technician management system for union locals in the Film and Television industry available anywhere in the world.

Crew Local is proven technology purpose-built for the film and television industry. Its design has been shaped by the pace, pressure, and complexity of supporting a high-volume production environment.
Crew Local is a dynamic, full-featured membership database which is integrated the most advanced crewing and dispatch functionality in the industry. Members and permits can make themselves available, confirm name hire assignments with a single click, and manage all of their contact information using a slick mobile interface.
Crew Local includes an end-to-end dues administration platform that encompasses the full financial lifecycle. Automated imports of remittances from EP and all major payroll platforms drives powerful performance and compliance reporting. Certifications can be easily shared with active productions and include automated alerts when expirations are upcoming. The system also includes a training module for those locals that manage their own training sessions. The Mass Email module enables the local to target specific segments of the membership with clean, reliable branded emails.
Onboarding new technicians is all online to minimize administration effort. The permit and membership applications are custom tailored to each category/department, and only fully completed applications make it through for review.
Crew Local is built on a security-first architecture and has a proven zero-breach track record. It's advanced design easily integrates with third party systems using secure API connections. Crew Local is cloud-based, mobile-ready, and designed for today's production workforce.
